O'Grady Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 lb. sliced salami
    1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of tomato soup, diluted in 1 can water
Preparation
    Brown the hamburg.
    Layer in roaster or 5-quart casserole dish the hamburg, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, salami, pepperoni, potatoes, salt and pepper and 1/2 of diluted soup.
    Sprinkle each layer with cheese, ending top layer with soup mixture. Cook, covered, in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, or until potatoes are well cooked.
