Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lightly packed basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. pine nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (from chunk)
Preparation

Rinse and drain basil.
Combine garlic and oil in a food processor and process until garlic is finely chopped.
Add basil and nuts and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until blended.
