Three-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) wedges Blue cheese
2 (3 oz.) jars process Cheddar cheese spread
4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. snipped parsley or bottled parsley flakes
1 c. ground pecans
Preparation

Let cheeses soften at room temperature.
In medium bowl combine cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
Stir in 1/4 cup parsley and 1/2 cup pecans.
Shape into ball and place in bowl that has been lined with wax paper.
Refrigerate overnight.
About an hour before serving, remove ball from refrigerator and roll in mixture of 1/2 cup ground pecans and 1/4 cup parsley.
Place on serving dish, surround with crackers.
