Low-Fat Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in small mixing bowl.
    Make a well in center; add egg yolks, oil, water and vanilla.
    Beat at high speed of electric mixer 5 minutes or until satin smooth.
