Crock-Pot Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Campbell's potato soup
    2 cans Campbell's clam chowder
    1 can minced clams
    1 medium to large onion
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Saute onion and add rest of the ingredients.
    Cook in crock-pot on slow for 3 to 4 hours; stir occasionally.
