Italian Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/2 onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise in quarters.
    Place in roaster with onion, celery, parsley and bouillon, mixing well. Add paprika, salt and pepper, again mixing well to taste.
    Add oil.
    Roast at 350\u00b0, turning several times until golden brown.
