Frosted Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 c. instant coffee (hot water from tap)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins (soak in little hot water)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar, shortening, molasses and coffee. Beat. Add other dry ingredients and spread in large cookie sheet, 1/2-inches thick, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes (toothpick test) at 375\u00b0.
    When cooled, frost with vanilla icing (powdered sugar and milk to consistency).
