Fresh Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. butter cake mix
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 c. water
    3 pkg. frozen coconut
    1 box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, oil, 1 cup sour cream, eggs and water. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until done. Prepare frosting; mix together 1 cup sour cream, coconut and powdered sugar.
    Spread between layers and on top of cake.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
