Fancy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. cold water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. orange vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    3 stalks celery
    1 can mushrooms or 1/3 c. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, celery and mushrooms together in margarine until vegetables are tender.
    Add other ingredients. Heat to boiling; stir occasionally.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 14 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
