Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (just fill up empty soup can)
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
6 pork chops
Preparation

Place rice in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix together soups and milk; pour mixture over rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over soup.
Top with pork chops.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove foil the last 15 minutes to brown pork chops.
Yields 6 servings.
