Georgia Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. apples
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Sift together twice, the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In a separate bowl beat eggs and sugar until creamy; add oil and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms.
    Stir in apples and pecans.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until brown.
    Serves 12 to 14.
