Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg and sour cream until light and fluffy.
    Add melted butter.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
    Add to egg mixture with milk.
    Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened.
    Fill 12 greased muffin tins one half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
