Cheesy Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) jar thick 'n chunky salsa (mild, medium or hot)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    6 oz. shredded Colby cheese
    2 sliced tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; pour off excess fat.
    Add taco seasoning mix and water.
    Put 3 to 4 tablespoons taco meat in each flour tortilla.
    Roll and place seam down in a glass casserole.
    Top with thick 'n chunky salsa, Cheez Whiz and Colby cheese. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, until cheese has completely melted. Serve with cucumbers and sliced tomatoes.
