Lear'S "Hot" Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 (12 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
1/4 c. Vlasic hot chili peppers, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can hot chili beans
1 large can tomato juice
chili powder to taste
pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
1 large onion, diced
Preparation

Brown hamburg with onion and drain off grease.
Add tomatoes, peppers, onions, tomato juice and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, then simmer about 45 minutes.
Serve with crackers and ice water.
