Freezer Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. unpeeled, sliced thin cucumbers
    2 or 3 large onions, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle cucumbers and onions with salt.
    Let set for 2 hours. Combine vinegar, sugar and pepper.
    Pack cucumbers in plastic containers.
    Cover with vinegar mixture; seal.
    Freeze.
    Thaw as needed.
    These are real crispy and good!
