Potatoes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 small new potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. green onions or chives, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. meat stock
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
    Drain and dry.
    Place in a casserole, adding butter and chopped onion.
    Beat egg yolks and add lemon juice, mushrooms and meat stock.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes in casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
