Tuna Supreme Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water-packed tuna, rinsed, drained and flaked
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 c. shredded cabbage
2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, whisk the parsley, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Stir in the tuna.
In a salad bowl, combine celery, cabbage and carrots.
Add the tuna mixture.
Toss.
Cover and chill until serving time.
