Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved and boned
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices (4 x 6-inches) natural Swiss cheese, halved
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In greased baking pan, place chicken.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or fork-tender. Serves 4.
