Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cook sugar, oleo and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear.
    Beat eggs to a yellow foam.
    Add to other mixture.
    Cook until mixture coats spoon.
    Cool.
    Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
    Good served over Bread Pudding.
