Christmas Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw cranberries (ground)
2 c. sugar
2 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 orange (ground, rind and all)
1 c. diced celery
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar; let stand several hours, stirring occasionally.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add ground orange, pineapple juice.
When cool, add sugared cranberries, celery and nuts.
Chill until set. Serve on salad greens with salad dressing or whipped cream.
