Pink Glory Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice, cooked in 1 qt. water, drain and cool
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups hot water, stirring until dissolved.
    Add sugar and juice.
    Let set until slightly jelled. Add remaining ingredients and fold in Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate until firm.
