Easy Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat well.
    Cover; chill.
    Makes 5 cups.
