Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In heavy skillet, brown the brown sugar, white sugar and butter.
Mix together and brown.
In separate bowl, mix egg yolks, milk and flour.
Add milk gradually until smooth.
Add mixture to sugar and butter in skillet.
Stir until smooth and thick.
Add vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
