Beer Batter For Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 can beer
3 egg whites

Preparation

Stir together the first 3 ingredients, then beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into the first mixture.
This is a great batter for chicken!
