Pennsylvania Dutch Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. chicken broth
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 diced potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    flour (enough to make stiff biscuit like dough)
Preparation
    Knead briefly and roll out on floured surface as thin as you can.
    Cut into squares.
    Drop into boiling broth and cook 15 minutes or until done.
    Add parsley before serving.
