Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. each soda, salt, allspice, cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, grated
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Sift remainder of dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 well beaten egg at a time. Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
