Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. oregano
chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cheeses, adding onion, milk and oregano.
Mix until blended.
Form into a ball on wax paper.
Roll in pecans until coated.
Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers.
