Beef & Rice With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. beef stew meat
1 - 2 cans (small) mushrooms
1 - 2 pkg. mushroom gravy or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. rice

Preparation

Simmer beef stew meat in crock pot or skillet.
Add mushroom gravy mix or soup.
Add mushrooms, heat until soup and mushrooms are hot.
Cook rice.
Pour gravy over rice.
