Colorado Marble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bars German sweet chocolate
    6 Tbsp. hot water
    6 eggs, separated
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 angel food cake
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. butter
    1 box frozen raspberries, thawed
Preparation
    Melt German sweet chocolate in 6 tablespoons hot water.
    Add egg yolks to hot mixture, one at a time, stirring quickly so they don't curdle.
    Add powdered sugar.
    Set aside in pan of cool water to cool.
    Beat egg whites; whip whipping cream.
    Fold together. Combine with chocolate mixture.
