Cranberry-Apple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 red apple, unpeeled, coarsely grated
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of cloves
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.
    Stir in next 7 ingredients and spoon into lightly oiled 4-cup mold.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh cranberries and orange rind strips, if desired.
