Chicken Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 bottle tomato catsup
Preparation

Heat and let come to boil.
Salt and arrange chicken in Pyrex, greased well.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle heavily with flour and dot with butter and pepper.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until bubbly. Then turn to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, according to size of chicken pieces.
Turn good side up first and turn over about halfway through.
