Scalloped Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large apples, peeled and quartered
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt until crumbly. Place apples and mixture alternately in greased baking dish.
    Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to 1/2 cup water and pour over all. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
