Braised Beef Tips Over Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
2 lb. beef tip, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef consomme
1/3 c. red Burgundy wine
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
4 c. hot cooked rice

Note:
Marinate meat in wine, soy sauce and crushed garlic overnight.
Meat will be very tender.
