Yam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw sweet potato
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Sift and mix dry ingredients. Mix in other ingredients and bake in 3 layers at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
