Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie chili sauce
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with salad greens.
    Yield:
    2 cups (11 calories and 0% fat per tablespoon).
