Fatless Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt (allow liquid to drain away)
    1 large potato, boiled and cubed
    1/2 to 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 to 1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
    red/green pepper cubes (optional)
    1/4 onion, minced
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of vinegar
    dash of paprika (like it hot)
    dash of cayenne (like it hot)
Preparation
    Mix together in medium-small bowl.
    A tiny glug of Italian or other oil based dressing adds flavor.
    Serves 1.
