White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    4 chicken breast halves
    olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. onions
    2 pkg. (9 oz. each) frozen white corn in a pouch, thawed
    4 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies, not drained
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, undrained
Preparation
    Mix water, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper and cumin seed in a large saucepan, heat to a boil.
    Add chicken breast halves, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear, 20 to 28 minutes.
    Remove chicken from bones; cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Return chicken to saucepan.
