Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. finely sliced rhubarb
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped raisins (optional)
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Add rhubarb, crumbs, salt, raisins and butter; mix thoroughly.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Cover with top crust.
    Sprinkle crust with sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
