Connie'S Twinkie Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 Twinkies, cut longwise
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. mint chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Place Twinkies in 9 x 13-inch glass pan, sides touching, and filling side up.
    Set aside.
    Melt in double boiler or nonstick pot, chocolate chips, mint chips, water and sugar.
    Let cool. Beat 3 egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture.
    Add whipped whipping cream.
    Add 3 beaten egg whites.
    Pour mixture over Twinkies.
    Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
