Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 17 slices bread (day old and ends are good)
    8 eggs
    6 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs
    with
    whisk.
    Add
    milk, sugar and vanilla. Beat with
    whisk
    until\twell blended.
    Tear bread into small pieces and
    add
    to
    milk.
    Let
    stand about 10 to 15 minutes. Pour into casserole
    dish
    (I use 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch Pyrex dish). Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
