Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. solid vegetable shortening
1 c. chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
1/3 c. peanut butter
5 c. roasted peanuts
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt shortening.
Add chocolate and melt slowly, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until blended.
Stir peanuts into mixture.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto foil or waxed paper.
Chill until firm.
Store in fridge.
