Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. taco sauce mix
    3/4 lb. processed cheese
    1/3 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    3/4 head lettuce, shredded
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Prepare taco filling with ground beef and taco sauce mix according to package directions. Melt cheese with tomatoes and green chilies.
    Mix shredded lettuce, tomatoes, meat and 1/4 of the corn chips in a salad bowl.
    Pour cheese mixture over top with remaining corn chips.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
