Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar (approximately)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Place sugar, vinegar and oil in pan; let come to a boil.
    Turn heat on low and cook for 10 minutes.
    Cool and pour over other ingredients that have been mixed in large bowl.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    This will last for several days.
