Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    minced garlic to taste
    5 eggs
    about 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small mozzarelle
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Saute artichoke hearts, bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender.
    Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.
    Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust; pour egg mixture over it.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (golden brown).
