Alvin'S Shrimp And Onion Bath - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    5 large onions
    1 large bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 big clove garlic
Preparation
    Dice up onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic into small pieces.
    Put on low fire and let cook in its own natural juices. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Peel and devein shrimp and then add to ingredients.
    Continue to stir while cooking.
    Add more salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve over rice or po-boy buns.
    Makes 10 servings.
