Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
some oil (can be added)
17 oz. can sweet peas
2 oz. pimento
1 c. onion
12 oz. can Shoepeg corn
1 c. celery
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients, including oil if wanted. Boil for 1 minute. Cool and combine with remaining ingredients. Chill overnight.
