German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray rectangular pan with nonstick spray.
Layer pecans on bottom.
Add coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Melt butter and cream cheese over low heat.
Stir in confectioners sugar until smooth. Pour/drizzle on top of cake mix.
Cook approximately 35 minutes.
