Breakfast Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into small cubes
    1 lb. veal stew meat, cut into small cubes
    2/3 c. cracker meal
    1 egg
    2 tsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. dried sage
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. parsley leaves
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In food processor fitted with metal blade, process pork and veal until very finely chopped.
    Add cracker meal, egg, milk, seasonings and parsley leaves; process until well combined.
    Shape into 2 1/2 to 3-inch patties.
    In medium skillet, heat butter or margarine and oil over moderately high heat.
    Fry patties in batches without crowding until golden brown and all pink is gone, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper towels.
