Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    4 1/4 to 4 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    raisins (if you wish)
    nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, melted butter and cinnamon (and raisins if you wish).
    Spread 1/2 of mixture on each rectangle.
    Scatter nuts over top.
    Roll lengthwise as for jelly roll; seal edges.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place cut side down in two well-greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans.
    Cover and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove to wire racks.
