Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Stir together the sugar, yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add hot water; mix and let stand 5 minutes.
    Beat in egg and margarine.
    Dump all of flour; mix well.
    Use electric mixer, if available; do not knead.
    Pour into a greased bowl.
    Cover tightly; refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to use, allow about 2 hours to rise.
